The Senior Technical Recruiter will lead the recruitment of technical talent for E-Space, focusing on roles in satellite and aerospace industries. Responsibilities include full cycle recruitment, sourcing strategies, stakeholder engagement, and implementing process improvements. Candidates should have solid technical recruitment experience and excellent communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter in the satellite, space, aerospace & defense or semiconductor industries
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for technical roles
- Familiarity with AI based sourcing tools, Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques and best practice candidate attraction techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid understanding of HR and compliance practices and labor legislation
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a start-up or rapidly scaling organization
- Experience in California recruitment markets and navigating labor laws
