Job Summary
Conduct end-to-end technical recruiting for defense and civil agencies, guiding hiring managers through the process and preparing interviewers for debriefs. Source diverse talent pools, execute early-career strategies with universities and military transition orgs, and represent the company at career fairs and conferences with 30-40% travel. Manage ATS data, analyze recruitment metrics, and ensure compliance with federal regulations while corresponding with candidates from application to offer negotiation.
Required Qualifications
- Experience recruiting in a tech company for technical positions
- Experience with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Slack and Google Suite
- Experience working effectively in a fully remote or distributed team environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate information in a clear and concise manner
- Detail-oriented
- Organized
- Reliable
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, schedule, and meet deadlines

- Desire to contribute to defining and iterating on our talent acquisition processes and structure as we scale
