Job Summary
Senior Technical Recruiter for Cybersecurity, responsible for full-cycle recruitment across multiple lines of business and senior-level roles, managing end-to-end lifecycle, negotiating compensation, sourcing passive talent, leveraging various sourcing tools (including social media and x-ray searches), presenting candidates to hiring managers, educating candidates on growth opportunities and benefits, maintaining data integrity in the ATS, and delivering market data to support client needs. Must build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and candidates, operate independently in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate collaboration and consultative recruiting across cybersecurity-focused functions.
Required Qualifications
- 7 + years of experience with full life cycle recruiting in a fast paced corporate environment or contingent search firm
- Significant experience supporting cybersecurity or other specialty function roles
- Heavy focus on sourcing passive talent and ability to sell them on opportunities within the firm
- Expert name generation, networking and relationship building skills
- Experience with sophisticated compensation negotiations
- Direct sourcing tools and approaches such as social media, x-ray searches, etc.
- Interpersonally effective and comfortable interacting with employees at all levels
- Innovative, creative and results oriented
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment of change, challenge and multiple deadlines and priorities
- Strong ability to consistently prioritize and re-prioritize
- Experience handling sensitive/confidential information
