Job Summary
Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to understand hiring needs and align on how each hire advances product and company goals. Act as a talent market expert by leveraging AI, data, and industry insights to guide hiring managers toward optimal talent decisions. Source passive candidates in niche markets for specialized engineering, product, and security roles while balancing candidate and business needs to drive win-win outcomes. Share insights and best practices to continuously improve recruiting processes and elevate the talent brand. Success is measured by quality of hire, sourcing metrics, time to fill, offer acceptance rates, and strong cross-functional partnerships. This role requires 6+ years of technical recruiting experience and proficiency with tools like Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and various AI platforms.
