Job Summary
Senior Technical Recruiter responsible for owning full-cycle recruiting in a fast-growing SaaS environment. You will partner with hiring managers to define core competencies, draft precise job descriptions, manage sourcing and interview workflows, and maintain a healthy talent pipeline. You’ll be the main point of contact for candidates, ensure a professional experience, keep the ATS accurate for leadership visibility, and coordinate with recruitment agencies for specialized searches. You’ll track key metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness) and contribute to optimizing the talent acquisition strategy. Compensation includes base salary ($100k–$140k) plus performance-based bonus; total cash compensation range is $110k–$161k, with potential equity. Qualifications include 5+ years of recruiting experience, technical sourcing experience, strong communication, data-driven mindset, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

- 5+ years of recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for engineering, product, or other technical roles
- Operational Autonomy in managing multiple open requisitions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical/data-driven approach to identify trends and bottlenecks
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
