Job Summary
Own full-cycle recruiting for niche engineering roles in AI, fullstack, .NET, and DevOps by building outbound pipelines on LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Naukri, and Wellfound. Conduct structured screening calls to protect hiring manager time while partnering directly with the founder and engineering leadership. Identify senior AI/ML, fullstack, and architect candidates through deep outbound sourcing rather than inbound applications. This remote, full-time position requires 5–8+ years of experience in technical recruiting for senior or hard-to-fill roles, including proficiency in Boolean strings and X-ray search.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8+ years in technical recruiting with senior/hard-to-fill roles
- Know your Boolean strings and X-ray search cold
- Can read an AI engineer's resume and have a real conversation about it
- Obsess over shortlist quality, not volume
