Senior Technical Project Manager

Job Summary
Project manage the expansion of Monterrey, Mexico manufacturing capabilities to support the Infinidat product transition, partnering across end-to-end supply chain functions for assembly, test, packaging, and logistics readiness. Lead and support senior-level cross-functional projects aligned to global supply chain vision, including driving tactical and strategic initiatives for RPA, AI, process re-engineering, and Lean practices. Support the development of a second manufacturing site in Budapest, Hungary, through quotation activities, business case development, MVA analysis, and lead-time assessments. Partner with key stakeholders across ISG and One Lenovo to ensure strategic initiatives remain aligned to scope, schedule, budget, and business objectives. This Brazil-based remote role reports to the Director of ISG GSC Digital Office and Strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in a fast-paced, high-volume, high-technology global manufacturing or supply chain environment
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement, project management, Lean analysis, operations transformation, or related disciplines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lead, influence, and deploy complex projects, cost analyses, and programs across functional boundaries
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working with global teams across multiple time zones
- Advanced English
