Job Summary
Senior Technical Project Manager responsible for leading pre-sales and delivery of complex API and e-commerce projects for Latin America, acting as the primary point of contact for external partners and coordinating across Distribusion’s Engineering, Product, and Operations teams. Develop blueprint processes for rollout of standard product offerings and guide product development by capturing market needs and partner insights. Requires strong stakeholder management, ability to translate complex technical topics into clear language, and openness to business travel. Fluent in English and Spanish, with willingness to travel to key Latin American markets. Hybrid work arrangement with Berlin/Europe remote options; relocation opportunities available. Enhances collaboration with global teams and major clients like Booking.com, Google, Amtrak, Deutsche Bahn, Renfe, and SNCF; dynamic, fast-paced travel-tech environment with growing responsibilities from day one.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years managing technical projects or solution delivery
- experience with API integrations and e-commerce projects
- strong written and spoken English and Spanish
- ability to travel to key markets in Latin America
- ability to work in a hybrid/remote dynamic environment
- ability to coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, and Operations
