Job Summary

Enable Agile teams to adopt Scrum practices, facilitate ceremonies, and remove impediments while driving continuous improvement through metrics. Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to align priorities, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery of business value. Develop executive dashboards and reports to provide transparent visibility into delivery progress and business outcomes. Coach and mentor talent, promote Agile culture, and balance innovation with pragmatism to embed capabilities into real IT workflows. Collaborate with AI Hub, architects, and platform teams to frame opportunities and guide work through appropriate governance paths. Supports the Emerging Technology team's goal of scaling innovative solutions that drive operational excellence and enhance risk management across the insurance value chain.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 6 years of related experience
  • Experience in Technical Project Management
  • Authorization to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship
  • Ability to turn ambiguity into direction
  • Ability to manage delivery of emerging capabilities
  • Ability to help move early-stage ideas into structured opportunities, product backlogs, and scalable technology-enabled solutions
  • Ability to enable Agile teams to effectively adopt Scrum and Agile practices
  • Ability to foster collaboration, self-organization, and continuous value delivery
  • Ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies, PI planning, and delivery tracking
  • Ability to remove impediments and drive continuous improvement through metrics and transparency
  • Ability to partner with Product Owners, stakeholders, and leadership to align priorities, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery of business value
  • Ability to support organizational Agile transformation through coaching, mentoring, talent development, and performance management
  • Ability to promote Agile culture and best practices
  • Ability to develop and maintain executive-level dashboards, scorecards, and status reports
  • Ability to provide transparent visibility into delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and business outcomes
  • Ability to facilitate regular portfolio, program, and operational reviews with leadership
  • Ability to ensure alignment, communicate progress, address risks, and drive informed decision-making
  • Ability to partner with workstream leads to balance innovation with pragmatism
  • Ability to ensure capabilities are embedded into real IT workflows rather than treated as standalone experiments
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional engagement to accelerate responsible experimentation
  • Ability to stay informed on latest technology trends
  • Ability to foster a collaborative environment by working closely with cross-functional roles and teams
  • Ability to utilize AI-Assisted rapid prototyping to validate ideas and support discovery efforts
  • Ability to perform the performance and coaching of staff
  • Ability to have a participatory role in decisions regarding talent selection, development, and performance management for direct reports

Desired Qualifications

  • Certification in Lean methodologies
  • Strong understanding of product development and development framework -- ideally Extreme Programming
  • User-Centered Design certification
