Job Summary
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives for SDLC product teams. Coordinate release cycles, ensuring smooth deployments, quality assurance, and post-release validation while tracking progress against SaaS delivery milestones. Work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and Operations to enforce process discipline, maintain CI/CD pipelines, and drive mitigation strategies for identified risks. Provide structured reporting to senior stakeholders on progress and foster accountability within internal teams. This role supports Wealth Dynamix's global Client Lifecycle Management platform, enabling digital transformation for wealth management firms across three continents.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of Project Management experience
- At least 5 years working directly with SDLC projects
- Proven experience managing product development projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong background as a Scrum Master in fast-paced SDLC environments
- Deep understanding of release management and continuous delivery practices
- Ability to engage and influence senior internal stakeholders with confidence
- Strong organizational skills and a track record of delivering on time, within scope
- Excellent facilitation and conflict resolution skills
- French speaking
