Job Summary
Drive complex, cross-functional technical initiatives from planning through delivery by partnering with technical teams and business partners to translate requirements into clear execution plans. Support end-to-end program management including requirements gathering, implementation, and cross-functional coordination while facilitating key rituals such as planning meetings, status reviews, and retrospectives. Track timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies to support mitigation planning and ensure initiatives remain on track. Collaborate across teams to align technical solutions with project goals and user experience considerations, translating progress and trade-offs into clear documentation and reporting. Use data, feedback, and AI-assisted workflows to improve coordination and delivery practices within Indeed's mission to help people get jobs.
Required Qualifications
- Requires a minimum of 7 years of related experience
- Requires a minimum of 5 years with a Bachelor's degree
- Requires 3 years and a Master's degree
- Requires a PhD without experience
- Working knowledge of technical systems, platforms, infrastructure, or software delivery practices in an enterprise environment
- Demonstrated technical fluency, including the ability to understand technical requirements, system constraints, dependencies, and implementation trade-offs
- Ability to support end-to-end project and program delivery across planning, execution, implementation, and cross-functional coordination
- Experience tracking and communicating technical risks, dependencies, and program status to technical and non-technical partners
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with project or program management tools, collaboration platforms, and AI-assisted tools that support documentation, synthesis, and reporting workflows
