Job Summary
Lead end-to-end delivery of client-facing CRM marketing initiatives, defining scope, schedules, and work breakdown structures while managing risks, dependencies, and issues. Organize cross-functional planning with Technical Services and Engineering teams to ensure execution against scope, budget, and quality expectations. Drive stakeholder communication, resolve escalations, and present portfolio status updates to clients and internal leadership. Establish project governance, manage change requests, and champion Agile process improvements to maintain sustainable team pace and high-quality outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- BA or BS or equivalent experience
- Expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle models
- Experience /understanding of CRM
- Experience /understanding of Email
- Experience /understanding of SMS
- Experience /understanding of CDP
- Experience /understanding of Enterprise-Level PPM software
- Experience /understanding of Jira
- Experience /understanding of Grenhopper
- Experience /understanding of Rally
- Experience /understanding of VersionOne
- Experience /understanding of Resource Guru
- Experience /understanding of Microsoft Project
- Experience /understanding of Visio
- Experience /understanding of Office Tools
- Experience /understanding of dashboard tools
- Operations and technical project delivery experience with a database agency or technology company
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to grasp complex issues and translate them into easily understandable terms
- Strong initiative
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects throughout various stages of the project life-cycle
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Ability to educate, coordinate and lead interdisciplinary teams through projects of short and long durations
- Demonstrated experience in developing and rolling out business and operational processes
- Ability to interface effectively with team members from all functional disciplines as well as senior management without always relying on hardline project management tools
- Ability to set expectations among internal and external groups regarding scope, timeline and quality of deliverables
