Job Summary
Senior Technical Project Manager at CapTech leading delivery for cross-functional teams across diverse client engagements. Responsible for integrating best practices from Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models; establishing collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders to enable decision making; mitigating risks and reporting milestones and deliverables. Combines hands-on delivery work (analysis, design, process engineering, change management) with program-level governance, roadmaps, and account management to ensure successful delivery of large, complex technology projects. Proven ability to manage multi-location teams (remote and on-site), facilitate stakeholder discussions, and communicate effectively with clients and teams. Focused on driving innovative solutions, building community among project managers and leaders, and supporting career development through training and certification programs (PMI, SAFe, Agile Alliance). Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in both agile and traditional project or program management roles
- Minimum 6 years of experience in project or program management role, preferably with full agile development life cycle experience
- Proven track record of successful management of large and complex technology projects
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to lead diverse teams across multiple locations (remote/on-site)
- Proficiency in stakeholder discussions and driving outcomes
- Ability to develop and communicate integrated project plans and roadmaps
- Hands-on delivery experience in analysis, design, process engineering, and change management
