Senior Technical Project Manager

Lead and deliver complex cross-functional projects within Avaloq's global CTO organization, steering from inception to completion while controlling budgets, timelines, scope, risks, and quality. Drive project plans, coordinate with kernel development teams, regional stakeholders, and clients; manage scope, risks, issues, and quality; develop mitigation strategies; provide weekly status updates to senior executives; bridge product vision with delivery, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met; lead cross-divisional teams and mentor junior project managers. Strong emphasis on stakeholder management, communication, and ability to operate across multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced, international environment.
