Senior Technical Project Leader

Senior Technical Project Leader to drive Airbus UK Facilities Management and Real Estate (FMRE) projects. Lead the technical service team to deliver a portfolio of building and construction projects with a >€50M scope, ensuring alignment to technical standards, governance gates (G0-G10), time, cost, and quality objectives. Provide technical leadership for maintenance of facilities, infrastructure, and electrical/mechanical equipment (HV/LV) to ensure safety and business continuity. Define and execute site development strategies, support investment plans, and manage budgets and supplier relationships. Ensure compliance with Building and Maintenance regulations (SFG standards) and sustain a safety-first culture, while contributing to sustainability objectives and cross-site collaboration. Requires leadership of engineers and subcontractors, project management fundamentals, and knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems, with experience in construction/maintenance environments.
