Job Summary
Senior Technical Program Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology initiatives across multiple teams. Drive Agile delivery, define objectives and success metrics with stakeholders, manage schedules, risks, and resources, and foster continuous improvement. Responsibilities include end-to-end program planning, cross-functional coordination with business, product, and engineering teams; sprint planning, backlog management, release planning, and retrospectives; monitoring performance through dashboards and metrics; ensuring alignment of business goals with execution plans; risk assessment and mitigation; driving process improvements, and maintaining program governance and documentation. Ideal candidate has strong program management and delivery experience in technology environments, deep Agile/Scrum knowledge, hands-on experience with Jira/Confluence, and a proven ability to influence stakeholders and deliver outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Program Management, Project Management, or Delivery Management within technology-driven organizations.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and modern software development lifecycles.
- Hands-on experience managing multiple projects, cross-functional stakeholders, and complex delivery environments.
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and related Agile platforms.
- Excellent planning, prioritization, and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of influencing teams at all organizational levels.
- Experience tracking program metrics, delivery performance, risks, and dependencies to drive successful outcomes.
- Ability to facilitate discussions, resolve conflicts, and align diverse teams toward common objectives.
- Strong leadership mindset with a focus on ownership, execution excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments while maintaining high standards of quality and delivery.
