Job Summary
Senior Technical Program Manager to own and deliver large, cross-functional programs spanning platform modernization, developer tooling, and enterprise systems across Twitch’s internal tooling, security infrastructure, and data capabilities. You’ll partner with engineering, product, and business teams to turn platform investments into measurable outcomes, navigate trade-offs in ambiguous environments, and drive delivery across teams that don’t report to you. Responsibilities include coordinating multiple engineering teams through end-to-end lifecycle, guiding architectural decisions, identifying dependencies and risks, aligning roadmaps across organizations, and mentoring colleagues. Bonus points for experience with AWS ecosystem, streaming/real-time analytics, or AI/ML systems. BA/BS in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience required.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager (TPM) or related leadership role
- Deployed user-facing technologies with a track record of meeting user needs and balancing business tradeoffs
- Knowledge of engineering architecture and ability to identify dependencies and technical risks
- Experience managing stakeholders and cross-organizational dependencies
- Ability to facilitate and align roadmaps and manage disparate tasks with varying priorities
- Experience defining cross-organizational/company-wide strategy including driving alignment across engineering leadership
- Experience mentoring and developing fellow team members
