Job Summary
Senior Technical Program Manager to own cross-functional programs spanning platform modernization, developer tooling, and enterprise systems; manage full lifecycle from concept through launch, coordinating across multiple engineering teams to drive measurable business outcomes; collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to turn platform investments into real outcomes, navigate competing priorities, and drive delivery across teams that don’t report to you; role requires deep technical work and broad organizational influence, with proficiency in aligning roadmaps, managing dependencies, and driving cross-functional execution; bonus points for AWS ecosystem exposure, streaming/real-time analytics, AI/ML systems, and a BA/BS in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience; compensation includes base salary plus RSUs and sign-on considerations; benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), parental leave, flexible PTO, and other perks.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager (TPM) or related technical leadership role
- Experience deploying user-facing technologies at high quality
- Knowledge of engineering architecture and dependencies
- Experience managing stakeholders and cross-organizational dependencies
- Ability to facilitate and align roadmaps
- Experience defining cross-organizational strategy
- Experience mentoring and developing team members
