Job Summary
Lead end-to-end technical execution of complex global esports broadcast programs, from planning and design through flawless event delivery. Manage dedicated teams of vendor-provided broadcast tech managers, engineers, and utility contractors, overseeing resource planning, task assignment, and performance adherence to global standards. Partner with the Principal TPM to contribute to the multi-year technical roadmap by providing data-driven insights and implementing the global asset strategy for optimal equipment mixes. Serve as the direct point of accountability for operational excellence, championing broadcast technology excellence and monitoring continuous improvement within Esports Production Management. Identify, evaluate, and pilot emerging technologies while recommending new solutions and process improvements based on project outcomes. Communicate project status, risks, and milestones effectively to all event stakeholders and management.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in broadcast operations, technical production, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience leading complex technical projects or large-scale broadcast events
- Experience managing project-specific contractor or vendor teams
- Experience managing and tracking complex project budgets
- Strong knowledge of large-scale broadcast systems, project management, and live production logistics
- Proven ability to deliver complex, large-scale technical projects from end-to-end
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
