Senior Technical Program Manager, Software

Senior Technical Program Manager to lead software programs spanning bot firmware, fleet orchestration, WMS integration, and ML/CV pipelines. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 5+ years in technical program management, experience planning sprints, budgets, and resources, and a track record of leading cross-functional software teams and communicating results to senior leadership. Nice-to-have skills include proficiency with timeline development, PM tools (Linear, Smartsheets, Notion, Jira, Asana), and the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences. The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, agile development, DevOps practices, and delivering complex, multi-service software systems for autonomous bots and warehouse integrations.
