Job Summary
Senior Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale, cross-functional programs in SaaS/WebOps environments. You’ll drive end-to-end delivery across engineering, product, and business teams, plan and align execution with strategic goals, and mitigate risks. You will mentor junior TPMs, implement best practices to increase delivery transparency, and communicate progress, risks, and recommendations to senior stakeholders. The role emphasizes independent program execution across multiple stakeholders, with a track record of managing complex workstreams and delivering high-quality outcomes. You’ll collaborate with distributed teams and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining organizational rigor.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of technical program management experience in SaaS, cloud, or WebOps environments
- experience leading security or compliance programs
- deep knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools like JIRA, Asana
