Job Summary
Senior Technical Program Manager needed to lead end-to-end delivery of complex programs across hardware, embedded software, cloud, and AI analytics within Motorola Solutions' Video Security & Access Control engineering. You will partner with the AVP of Engineering and Product Management to translate strategy into technical milestones, identify and mitigate risks, and provide data-driven updates to executives. Responsibilities include program lifecycle management, cross-functional coordination, architectural problem-solving, and process improvement for Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies. Required qualifications include 8+ years of experience in technical program management or engineering leadership and a Bachelor's degree, with domain expertise in Physical Security (VMS/ACS), IoT, Embedded Systems, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure), or AI/Video Analytics. The role emphasizes strategic thinking, execution focus, and strong communication with senior leadership. Target base salary range is 120,000 CAD - 166,000 CAD; travel none; relocation provided none; location is Vancouver, Canada with HYBRID work arrangements.
Required Qualifications
