Job Summary
Senior Technical Program Manager to lead Day 1 readiness and post-close integration for the Lyft–Freenow M&A in Hamburg. Own the end-to-end technical readiness plan between signing and closing, coordinate IT/workplace cutover (SSO/IdP, mail, productivity suite, engineering tooling), hardware provisioning and office setup, and ensure security/compliance posture aligns with the new shareholder requirements. Stand up the technical integration workstreams, set operating cadence, dependencies, and escalation paths; hold IT, SRE, Infrastructure, Platform, Product Engineering, Data, Security, People, Legal, and Finance together on a single plan; craft the technical readiness narrative for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders; develop a repeatable M&A integration playbook for future acquisitions. Requirements include significant TPM/engineering management or M&A integration experience with a track record of delivering on separation, integration, or carve-out programs, plus a strong technical foundation. Nice-to-haves include experience in regulated mobility/fintech environments and familiarity with German labour/work council contexts. Required Qualifications
