Job Summary
Coordinate daily to-dos with researchers and engineers, define priorities, and surface critical roadblocks to maintain delivery momentum across multiple active workstreams. Manage end-to-end data workflows, including collection planning, vendor coordination, and integration with ML pipelines, while aligning timelines with external robotics hardware partners. Ensure smooth lab execution by coordinating with facilities teams for equipment maintenance and operational safety. Present clear status updates to technical collaborators and leadership, driving alignment and execution speed in a high-pressure environment.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Robotics, Mechanical Engineering or related relevant Engineering Degree (or equivalent experience)
- 6+ years of experience in program or project management roles in AI, robotics, or hardware-software cross-functional environments
- 8+ years of previous engineering experience, ideally in AI, robotics or machine learning related fields
- Highly meticulous with strong multi-tasking skills
- Must be able to manage 10+ project threads simultaneously and ensure successful milestones
- Strong sense of urgency, ownership, and execution mindset
- Someone who thrives under high pressure and consistently delivers with speed and quality
- Excellent communication and technical presentation skills
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment in the highly competitive AI research landscape
- Speaking and writing fluently in English and Mandarin to communicate with domestic and international partner companies
- Based in NVIDIA HQ, Santa Clara, CA, and able to come to the lab in person
- Hands-on coding experience
- Familiarity with Python and related ML/AI frameworks
