Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs across engineering, product, and operations; define program scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics; facilitate cross-team collaboration, identify and mitigate risks, and unblock blockers; build and refine lightweight, automated workflows and reporting frameworks to improve efficiency and transparency; track progress and translate technical milestones into clear GTM readiness signals for stakeholders; leverage agile methodologies and tooling to drive high-velocity execution; preferred certifications include PMP or CSM. This role is based in Hyderabad and supports a hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical program or project management experience within software, cloud, AI/ML, or infrastructure engineering environments
- Strong foundational knowledge of distributed systems, SaaS, or cloud infrastructure
- Proficiency with agile methodologies and modern program tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet)
- Ability to translate between technical and business needs and engage deeply with developers
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, manage dependencies, and influence teams without direct authority
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
