Senior Technical Program Manager–Core Data Services, Live Nation

Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of Program Management experience, including 3+ years working with data
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with data architectures and methodologies including streaming data, data mesh, streaming and ETL transformations
• Ability to write SQL queries, test API endpoints, and build dashboards
• Proven track record delivering complex data infrastructure, orchestrations, and reporting tools
• Strong proficiency with Jira, Asana, and Smartsheet
• Experience with Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and proactive risk mitigation skills
• Ability to understand the big picture and anticipate dependencies
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and stakeholders
• Ability to regularly engage with senior stakeholders and influence across the organization without formal authority
• Ability to break down large projects into manageable phases and deliver measurable results
• Basic proficiency with data management/storage systems such as Databricks

Desired Qualifications

• Experience building prototypes and proofs of concept for data migration, transformation, and reporting
• Cloud data platform experience (e.g., AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Experience in optimizing data platform performance and cost
• Strong stakeholder management and influence across senior leadership
• Advanced SQL and data visualization skills (dashboarding)
