Job Summary
Senior Technical Program Manager for Connectors focusing on building and scaling the Glean Enterprise graph by owning multi-quarter programs for key connectors (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, Salesforce, GitHub, etc.), collaborating on system design for scalable, secure distributed data pipelines, defining the operating model and roadmap to grow from dozens to hundreds of high-quality connectors, leading technical design reviews, setting and maintaining SLOs for data freshness and error rates, and managing the full connector lifecycle from intake to GTM launch. Requires 5+ years in TPM/PM/Engineering with 3+ years leading complex B2B SaaS or cloud infrastructure programs, deep experience in large-scale data pipelines and enterprise identity/security constraints, experience with AI/ML, data pipelines, and API integrations, and strong communication and ownership.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in TPM, PM, or Engineering
- 3+ years leading complex B2B SaaS or cloud infrastructure programs
- Deep experience in large-scale distributed data pipelines and enterprise identity/security constraints
- Experience with AI/ML, data pipelines, and API integrations
- Ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear roadmaps, influence architectural designs with staff engineers, and lead operating rhythms like design reviews and post-mortems
