Job Summary
Senior Technical Program Manager at Chainguard to partner with engineering, product, and security teams to keep work unblocked, aligned, and steadily shipping. You’ll translate strategy into motion, break down big ideas into well-scoped plans, drive alignment across teams, own delivery from kickoff through launch, track progress, manage risk, flag blockers early, and use data to guide tradeoffs. You’ll act as the duct tape across engineering, product, security, and leadership to ensure everyone stays on the same page, with a strong emphasis on secure software delivery in an open source-focused environment. Required Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent real-world engineering experience
- 5+ years leading cross-functional programs in technical environments
- Experience with infrastructure, platform, or developer tooling teams
- Ability to influence without authority and drive structure
