Job Summary
Senior Technical Program Manager to lead development and integration of Anduril’s Air Dominance & Strike technologies to meet DoD needs; own the development and deployment of autonomous systems; build strong relationships with DoD customers; autonomously execute on broad requirements from engineering, customers, and partners; monitor cost, schedule, and resources; implement lightweight processes, tools, and metrics for planning, scope, risk, and communication; provide high-ownership leadership and help recruit/build the team; collaborate on pricing strategies and strategic roadmap for R&D investments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience managing development of complex technical systems
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar projects
- Strong communication skills
- Active U.S. security clearance (Secret) and eligibility for Top Secret clearance
