Senior Technical Program Integration Manager - SATAS Program

Job Summary
Drive cross-swimlane integration for the SATAS program, maintaining the integrated plan, execution dashboard, and action register while identifying gaps and escalation needs. Own the weekly SATAS sync and Intel SATAS synergy meetings, managing agendas, pre-reads, notes, and follow-up communications to ensure stakeholder alignment. Coordinate with equipment suppliers, Japan-based partners, and internal teams to support pilot-line readiness, sustainability roadmap delivery, and operational excellence across process equipment and automation systems. Prepare executive summaries and review materials for leadership briefings and monthly/quarterly reviews. This U.S.-based contract role requires close collaboration across multiple time zones and on-site presence in Phoenix, Arizona.
Required Qualifications
- Intel Contract Employee (ICE)
- Initial 2-year contract with the potential for a 1-year extension based on business needs and performance
- Close collaboration with teams and stakeholders across the United States and Japan
- Occasional international travel may be required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field)
- 7+ years of experience in technical program management, semiconductor manufacturing, equipment engineering, factory automation, systems integration, or related fields
- Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional programs and driving alignment across internal and external stakeholders
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing equipment development and deployment
- Proven experience managing integrated schedules, milestones, risks, mitigation, dependencies, and executive-level reporting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate and communicate complex technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences, including technical teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and leadership
- Experience working effectively across global teams and multiple time zones
- Demonstrated ability to influence and drive alignment across cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across global organizations and external partners
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, balance competing priorities, and drive execution in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, accountability, and follow-through
- Collaborative mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence

Desired Qualifications
- Strong experience with CAD tools, data analysis, and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing environments, including assembly, test, packaging, substrate manufacturing, and factory operations, with strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment, automation systems, process equipment, and pilot-line integration
- Knowledge of equipment development, equipment integration, factory automation, pilot-line startup, or manufacturing readiness activities
- Experience collaborating with equipment suppliers, development partners, research institutions, industry consortiums, or government-funded technology programs
- Strong proficiency in developing executive dashboards, program management tools, risk registers, action trackers, and decision logs
- Familiarity with sustainability initiatives, energy-efficiency programs, operational excellence, and manufacturing productivity improvements
- Knowledge of SEMI standards, equipment interoperability, safety compliance, and semiconductor factory integration best practices
- Demonstrated ability to succeed in fast-paced, evolving environments with complex technical dependencies and multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience leading large, complex cross-functional programs involving multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of or familiarity with V-Diagram Systems and Equipment Development processes and methods
- Experience in equipment integration and deployment at scale, factory automation, pilot-line startup, or manufacturing readiness activities
