Job Summary
Define and own the long-term product vision and strategy for the Product Analytics team, leading the development of insights, visualization features, and analytical capabilities that power CrowdStrike's cybersecurity operations. Govern the full product backlog, drive end-to-end requirements processes from stakeholder discovery through detailed user stories, and serve as a technical partner to Engineering teams on architectural discussions and trade-offs. Lead cross-functional initiatives to influence executive-level decisions, establish KPIs frameworks, and partner with operations and customer success teams on go-to-market strategies for new capabilities. Mentor junior product owners and analysts while proactively identifying and mitigating risks across the product portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline
- 7+ years of experience in product management or product ownership
- at least 4+ years in a senior technical product owner or senior technical product manager capacity
- Deep technical expertise with hands-on experience in software architecture, APIs, data pipelines, and infrastructure concepts
- Proven track record of owning and delivering complex, multi-horizon product roadmaps in a fast-paced agile environment
- Demonstrated experience setting product vision and influencing executive-level product strategy across an organization
- Expert-level proficiency in agile and scrum methodologies
- experience leading and governing agile practices across multiple teams
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification
- Strong command of data-driven product decision making

- ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling business narratives for senior audiences
- Proven ability to influence and align senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams without direct authority

- Must be a U.S. citizen
- This role will require the candidate to periodically undergo and pass additional background and fingerprint check(s) consistent with government customer requirements
- Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes
Desired Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree
- experience in or alongside managed detection and response, SOC operations, or cybersecurity environments
- Experience mentoring junior product owners or managers
- passion for developing talent and elevating product management capabilities across a team
- Deep familiarity with Snowflake, Tableau, and Salesforce
