Job Summary
Senior Technical Product Manager responsible for leading project planning, defining product features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes. Lead requirement gathering, manage product backlog, create clear user stories and acceptance criteria, drive feature delivery, monitor KPIs, and communicate updates to stakeholders. Requires strong technical aptitude, analytical skills, and experience coordinating with IT/technical teams; familiarity with analytics tools and project-management software. Responsibilities emphasize planning, feature development, stakeholder engagement, data-driven decision making, and leadership across hospitality/eCommerce or information-technology domains.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field required
- 5 -8+ years of experience in product management, software development, project management, a related technical field and/or running technical projects/programs
- Experience with Digital Analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Full Story, Quantum Metrics)
- Experience using project management tools (Jira, Basecamp, VersionOne, etc.)
- Demonstrated success managing web and mobile projects that require in-depth partnership with IT/technical counterparts and integration with back-end systems/data
