Job Summary

Senior Technical Product Manager in the Voice / Archive Solutions space within the Employee Platforms group, responsible for leading end-to-end product lifecycle, voicing the customer, and delivering scalable, reliable voice recording and archive solutions. You will develop product strategy and vision, drive discovery and market research, maintain backlogs and roadmaps, define customer-facing SLOs/SLAs, prioritize features based on business value and regulatory requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and customer advisory boards to achieve value and impact. You will track key metrics (cost, features, reliability, risk posture), support cloud deployments, and contribute to control frameworks for data integrity and population management, while leveraging experience with SDLC/SAFe/Scrum, JIRA/Confluence, and knowledge of multiple archive vendors to inform strategic decisions.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Experience in technology product management within an enterprise environment, preferably in financial services
  • Hands-on experience delivering voice recording solutions to end users and control functions
  • Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, technical design, and data analytics
  • Exposure to archive solutions from vendors such as Smarsh, Thetalake, CallCabinet, Verint, Ring Central, NICE, OpenText, Global Relay, Proofpoint, Archive360, Mimecast, Calabrio
  • Knowledge of software development and delivery methodologies (SDLC, SAFe, Scrum) and practices for both custom and vendor solutions
  • Experience providing roadmaps, product overviews, reports, backlog, and documentation for enterprise technology solutions
  • Ability to write technical stories in JIRA/Confluence using industry standard notations
