Job Summary
Senior Technical Product Manager to serve as Deputy to the Chief Engineer, leading mission-critical initiatives for secure, scalable AI infrastructure across Kubernetes, Linux, and hybrid data-center environments. Drive design, deployment, and security of scalable platforms, partner with engineering/operations/security teams to deliver DCaaS while ensuring DoD/IC compliance, lead large-scale technical projects in Agile or hybrid environments, support ATO activities, and mentor technical staff while collaborating with executive teams.
Required Qualifications
- Active DoD TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph
- 8–10 years of experience leading complex technical programs or systems engineering projects across AI, cloud, or data center environments
- Experience with Linux systems, Kubernetes, and core infrastructure services (DNS, DHCP, LDAP)
- Experience managing ATO/RMF accreditation efforts and maintaining ongoing security compliance
- Strong communication and leadership skills with experience interfacing across engineering, operations, program management, and executive teams
- Ability to travel up to 20–25% for on-site technical support, installations, and team collaboration
Desired Qualifications

- Possess a current IAM Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CAP, CASP) per DoD 8570 IAT requirements
- Experience delivering Datacenter-as-a-Service (DCaaS) or similar enterprise-scale infrastructure programs
- Familiarity with cloud and security accreditation frameworks (FedRAMP, DoD, or IC standards)
- Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities within engineering teams
- Strong communication and collaboration across engineering, operations, program management, and executive teams
- Proficiency with monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Splunk, AppDynamics, DynaTrace)
- Commitment to continuous learning and adaptability to emerging technologies in AI and cloud-native infrastructure
