Job Summary
Own the transition of Hybrid Search from GA release to enterprise-grade expansion, incorporating customer feedback to define prioritization and fix critical issues. Establish success metrics balancing technical performance with user value, while driving re-ranking improvements and relevance quality as the product matures. Expand search coverage through video subtitle indexing and deeper integrations with SharePoint and Confluence, ensuring the AI Assistant surfaces accurate results. Collaborate with senior engineering teams to negotiate priorities on roadmap direction, connecting the search layer to external knowledge bases and defining the end-user experience across all devices.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience
- B2B SaaS background
- Demonstrated ability to work on technically complex products while keeping user needs visible and central
- Confident and opinionated
- Technically fluent
- User-oriented
Desired Qualifications
- exposure to search, information retrieval, or AI/ML-powered products
- Experience with semantic or vector search
- Familiarity with search relevance and re-ranking
- Experience working with indexing pipelines
