Job Summary
Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the evolution of MaintainX’s core Search platform. Own at least one end-to-end search workflow, define and execute the vision for a real-time, secure search experience across MaintainX, collaborate with Engineering and Design to balance speed and scalability, and enable product teams to build search experiences faster through shared frameworks and tooling.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of product management experience, including ownership of platform or foundational capabilities used by multiple product teams
- Direct search experience (AI-powered search is a strong plus)
- Strong technical fluency and comfort partnering closely with Engineering on system design, tradeoffs, sequencing, and long-term maintainability
- Deep curiosity and empathy for frontline users, with a track record of staying grounded in real customer needs while building shared platforms and abstractions
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, cross-team environments and turning loosely defined platform problems into clear strategy, roadmaps, and outcomes, with strong alignment across Engineering, Product, and Design partners
- Experience balancing early validation of user workflows and relevance with building durable foundations that scale across teams and use cases
- Strong pattern recognition, with the ability to apply existing solutions to MaintainX specific problems, without reinventing the wheel
