Job Summary
Senior Technical Product Manager for Practice Nexus and MyPractice. Own the vision, roadmap, and execution for Practice Nexus/MyPractice, including practice configuration, program and services enablement, eligibility and enrollment workflows, and EHR overlay activation and reporting. Partner with business owners to define problem space, constraints, success metrics, and ideal end state, advocating that vision across technical and non-technical stakeholders. Continuously optimize live workflows through metrics, qualitative feedback, and structured experimentation. Lead the Customer Service initiative for Cloud Couch integration, designing end-to-end experience that connects support, configuration, and data flows between Cloud Couch and internal platforms. Collaborate with Support, Operations, Engineering, and Analytics to define workflows, user journeys, and data models to improve resolution quality and enablement. Ensure Cloud Couch configuration, integrations, and processes scale across domains and user types. Translate discovery into problem statements, solution hypotheses, and MVPs. Write detailed user stories with business rationale and measurable success criteria. Develop short- and long-term roadmaps with MVP phasing and deprecation of legacy workflows. Work with tech leads to align architecture decisions with product objectives. Define and track success metrics for Practice Nexus areas, including MyPractice, Learning, and Implementation products, leveraging operational and experience data. Collaborate with BI/Analytics and data engineering to ensure data models, reporting, and monitoring support product decisions. Ensure high-quality releases with QA, rollout strategies, and documentation for internal and practice users.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience in technology, technology-enabled services, or SaaS
- experience owning complex internal tools or platforms end-to-end
- understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- ability to work across multiple domain areas with prioritization and stakeholder alignment
- strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
- excellent organizational and communication skills for documentation and narratives
- product development experience in healthcare technology, digital health, or technology-enabled healthcare services
- basic understanding of healthcare administrative or clinical workflows
