Job Summary
Senior Technical Product Manager at Nexaminds responsible for overseeing the product strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for core internal developer and AI tooling initiatives. The role treats engineering teams as customers, conducting technical discovery, prioritizing platform investments to reduce developer friction, and driving adoption of internal developer platforms and AI-assisted workflows. Responsibilities include running structured user research with technical audiences, translating feedback into opportunity statements, defining and tracking adoption metrics, shaping the internal AI enablement strategy, evaluating third-party tooling with focus on security, privacy, cost, and risk, collaborating with security/legal/architecture teams to align with corporate policies, and coordinating migrations across distributed teams. The position emphasizes collaboration with engineering leadership, architecture teams, and senior leadership to demonstrate platform ROI, as well as ownership of the multi-quarter technical roadmap and ongoing platform improvements, with remote work options likely available.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience
- 2+ years managing platforms, developer tools, AI/ML, or internal/technical products
- Technical fluency for architecture reviews and build-vs-buy analyses
- Experience in product discovery, multi-quarter roadmaps, PRDs/RFCs
- Metrics and productivity frameworks for developer metrics (DORA, CSAT/NPS)
- Familiarity with Internal Developer Platforms, IaC, CI/CD, cloud-native architectures (Azure preferred)
- Experience evaluating and adopting AI-assisted development tools
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication
- Nice to have: software engineering background or CS education
- Knowledge of AI governance, compliance, risk frameworks (e.g., NIST AI RMF)
- Experience establishing internal user groups, office hours, or engineering feedback channels
- Experience managing technical product lifecycles in large-scale enterprise SaaS environments
