Job Summary
The Senior Technical Product Manager owns and drives the execution of technical product initiatives across the full product lifecycle, translating complex business, customer, and technical requirements into actionable product strategies. Responsible for product strategy and roadmap ownership, this role requires defining and prioritizing product requirements, leading cross-functional teams, and managing product performance post-launch. This position demands strong analytical skills, proven leadership, and excellent communication capabilities. A Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience in medical device or life sciences product management are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, Business, or a related technical discipline
- 5 years of experience in medical device and/or life sciences product management
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and technical systems
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical and business needs into prioritized product requirements
- Proven cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence without authority
- Proficiency with product management, project tracking, and documentation tools
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in sterilization and disinfection consumables space is preferred
- Product management experience overseeing a biological indicator product line is a plus!
