Job Summary
Senior Technical Product Manager for IQM Radiance and IQM Spark, responsible for owning the complete lifecycle of on-premises quantum computing products—from quantum hardware to software and system performance. Define product requirements across quantum hardware, cryogenics, control electronics, software, and performance, identify gaps and opportunities via customer feedback and roadmaps, drive new capabilities with R&D and engineering, translate complex technical concepts into customer-facing documentation and site requirements, support customer procurements and quantum tenders, collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to understand evolving needs, develop technical strategy and roadmaps with technology teams and suppliers, drive innovation by evaluating future technology and market opportunities, and bridge business priorities with engineering to enable informed trade-offs. Strong emphasis on cross-functional leadership, clear communication, and experience launching technically complex products into global markets.
Required Qualifications
- MSc in Physics, Quantum Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- Several years of experience in product management, technical leadership, systems engineering, or a similar role within a deep-tech environment
- Experience working with the full product lifecycle from requirements, design, validation, production, and post-sales support
- Strong engineering background in both hardware and software
- Understanding of complex technical systems and the ability to connect business needs with engineering execution
- Knowledge of quantum computing technologies and the broader quantum ecosystem
- Experience balancing competing priorities and aligning stakeholders around clear decisions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive outcomes without formal authority
