Job Summary
Senior Technical Product Manager for the Document Intelligence platform at DataSnipper. Own the document intelligence pipeline—ingestion, parsing, extraction, classification, summarization, and storage—for structured, queryable data. Define product strategy and the tooling roadmap (APIs, workflows, internal platforms) to ensure accuracy, coverage, and reliability at scale. Lead non-functional requirements as a core product surface (throughput, latency, cost, reliability, observability) and own evals that measure extraction, classification, and summarization quality with the ML/LLM Ops team, collaborating closely with engineering managers and tech leads to translate customer and agent-team needs into robust data-platform solutions. Requires a systems-and-data mindset, autonomous execution, and a track record of turning complex document-processing requirements into scalable, maintainable product capabilities. Hybrid work model with at least 3 days onsite in Amsterdam.
Desired Qualifications
- 4+ years in product management
- 2+ years on technical/platform/data products (APIs, infrastructure, data pipelines, ML systems, or developer tools)
- Strong grounding in document or data processing: extraction, classification, parsing/OCR, summarization
- Background in distributed systems, data infrastructure, or pipelines
- Experience creating and running evals or quality-measurement methods for AI/ML or data systems at scale
- Fluency in model and tooling operations: model/technique selection, build-vs-buy, cost/performance/accuracy trade-offs
- Ability to write technical specs for engineers and prototype with code
- Comfortable with architecture trade-offs (accuracy vs. cost, coverage vs. latency)
