Job Summary
Own the roadmap for internal data platform products and technical infrastructure, partnering daily with engineering and data science teams to define priorities and deliver high-impact solutions. Lead products through the full lifecycle from discovery to launch, translating complex technical concepts into clear strategy while driving initiatives involving data ingestion, normalization, transformation, and large-scale pipelines. Define detailed product specifications for internal platforms and collaborate to improve tooling, automation, and scalability. Prioritize work based on technical complexity and business impact, working directly with executive leadership in a highly collaborative startup environment. Requires hands-on engineering experience in Python, AWS, Spark, and data modeling, with a background in building internal tooling and data-intensive platforms.
