Job Summary
Define the technical roadmap for Conversational AI, Conversational Builder, and Agent Assist systems to enhance accuracy, scalability, and performance. Prioritize features based on customer feedback, market research, and business objectives, focusing on message processing and real-time routing. Create detailed roadmaps outlining milestones and dependencies for new AI capabilities while collaborating with Engineering, Data Science, Sales, and Customer Success teams. Champion a platform-first approach to ensure high availability and low latency for processing billions of messages. Conduct ongoing market analysis on large-scale messaging and LLM trends to inform platform evolution, and engage with enterprise customers to translate insights into actionable improvements. Define KPIs to measure effectiveness and optimize AI routing and resolution accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in product management
- Track record of successfully launching and managing SaaS products or platforms
- Deep understanding of Conversational AI systems, including natural language processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), dialog management, and the underlying technical architecture
- Proven ability to develop and execute product strategy, prioritize features, and drive product roadmap planning in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
Desired Qualifications
- MBA
- Experience in AI/ML-centric SaaS products or platforms in the enterprise space
- Experience working with enterprise customers and a strong customer focus, with the ability to empathize with customer needs and pain points
- Having AI performance metrics (e.g., resolution rate, accuracy, latency)
