Senior Technical Product Manager, Cloud Platform

Job Summary
Own the product roadmap and features backlog for cloud infrastructure and developer platform capabilities, collaborating across SaaS and hosted teams to ensure alignment and delivery. Define standards and tooling that enable product teams to self-serve cloud readiness, while driving strategy for the internal developer portal toward external API-facing use cases. Lead product strategy for performance testing and tuning within the SaaS platform, partnering with engineering to ensure scalable, resilient architecture. Leverage market and customer insights to identify long-term opportunities and manage competing priorities across business value and technical feasibility. Build relationships with engineering and product leadership to gather feedback, coordinate cross-functional teams for launch readiness, and mentor team members.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology product management
- mastery-level expertise and a strong technical foundation in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or developer tooling
- Experience delivering SaaS cloud platforms or cloud infrastructure products at scale
- experience working with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) in a product capacity
- an understanding of how infrastructure decisions translate into product outcomes
- Experience with developer portals or internal platform tooling as a product area
- experience driving cross-team alignment across product and engineering organizations
- Strong experience with data-driven decision making
