Job Summary
As a Senior Technical Product Manager for the Banking Infrastructure team, you will take full ownership of core banking components such as payment rails and the core banking platform, focusing on defining long-term vision and ensuring execution from ideation to delivery while maintaining reliability and compliance. You will drive product development by collaborating with engineering teams, utilizing data-driven insights for decision-making, and designing future-proof systems that align with evolving user needs. The role requires a founder mindset, strong analytical skills, and experience in cross-functional team collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of product management hands-on experience in user facing or technical products (i.e. platforms, distributed systems, SDKs, etc.)
- Strong analytical, prioritisation, organisational and problem solving skills
- Experience in successfully working with cross-functional teams (engineering, data, security, operations, design)
