Job Summary
Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for new and existing AI and highly technical enterprise services. Lead fast-paced, client-facing Proof of Value (PoV) engagements to rapidly demonstrate the tangible business potential of new AI capabilities. Translate complex technical concepts, such as LLM architectures and RAG systems, into actionable requirements and acceptance criteria for engineering and research teams. Oversee the entire product lifecycle for enterprise-scale AI platforms, ensuring timely delivery while prioritizing scalability, compliance, and security. Collaborate with engineering, data science, and business development teams to ensure technical feasibility and commercial viability. Conduct market, competitor, and technology trend analysis to refine the product's value proposition and identify growth opportunities. Manage expectations across internal and external stakeholders to drive consensus on product direction. This role offers 100% remote work across Europe with flexible hours and a personalized development program.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record (5+ years) as a Technical Product Manager
- Preference within the B2B software, SaaS, or enterprise solutions space
- Strong understanding of AI/ML platforms
- Practical knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Practical knowledge of Generative AI
- Practical knowledge of RAG
- Practical knowledge of microservice architecture
- Demonstrated ability to define a product vision
- Ability to create data-backed business cases
- Ability to build strategic roadmaps
- Ability to measure product success through quantitative KPIs
- Exceptional communication skills
- Exceptional negotiation skills
- Exceptional influencing skills
- Proven ability to interface effectively between highly technical teams and executive business leaders/clients
- Deep practical experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)

- Experience working on pricing
- Experience working on packaging
- Experience working on marketing material for technical products
- Strong technical background that allows for constructive engagement with engineers on design
