Senior Technical Product Manager - AI & Automation

Job Summary
Lead the roadmap and delivery of AI & Automation initiatives across high-impact workflows in a European logistics-focused company. Hands-on design and implementation of automation solutions using low-code tools and AI/LLM-driven approaches to reduce cross-team friction, automate repetitive work, and generate measurable OPEX savings. Drive adoption and stakeholder trust across the organization while promoting an AI-first mindset; collaboration with cross-functional teams and leadership to balance speed, simplicity, resilience, and appropriate human oversight.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Technical Product Management, ideally in AI, RPA, or Business Process Automation
- Strong technical depth in automation architecture and understanding of when to use scripts, low-code solutions, or AI/LLM-driven approaches
- Hands-on experience building solutions using tools such as Claude Code, Make.com, Bolt, Lovable, Replit, N8N, Python or similar technologies
- Strong business acumen, including ability to define cost-per-unit metrics and build business cases based on ROI and scalability
- Strong communication and influencing skills; ability to manage expectations and coach junior team members
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Technical Product Management, ideally in AI, RPA, or Business Process Automation
- Hands-on experience building solutions using low-code/no-code tools and scripting languages (e.g., Claude Code, Make.com, Bolt, Lovable, Replit, N8N, Python)
