Job Summary
Senior Technical Product Manager (Agentforce) at Aledade, remote-first role focused on shaping and optimizing the CRM ecosystem. Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience in technology, technology-enabled services industry, or a SaaS product
- Proven track record working as a product manager in Salesforce, including experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce solutions
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Preferred Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities: Deep understanding of Salesforce platform features, capabilities, and limitations; Proven track record of designing, deploying, and optimizing AI and agentic solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem; Familiarity with end-to-end customer lifecycle; Experience with software development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum; Excellent organizational and communication skills; Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into high-quality technical specifications
