Senior Technical Product Manager — Agent Runtime

Job Summary

Senior Technical Product Manager for Agent Runtime to own the architecture of agent runtimes, include orchestration, context/memory management, retrieval strategy, tool orchestration, model routing, guardrails, caching, streaming, and concurrency; own non-functional platform requirements (latency, throughput, reliability, scalability, token-cost economics, security, observability); define and run product evals to prove agent accuracy and reliability at scale; shape model strategy, provider decisions, and cost/performance trade-offs; monitor market trends and articulate a differentiated runtime vision; collaborate closely with engineering managers, ML/LLM Ops, and go-to-market to translate customer needs into runtime capabilities; must-have: 4+ years in PM with technical/platform experience, deep LLM/agent understanding, distributed systems background, focus on non-functional product surfaces, hands-on evals, model operations fluency, ability to write specs and prototype; strong-to-have: former SWE/ML engineer or data scientist in product, AI/agents thought leadership, domain experience in audit/financial services; offering includes hybrid work with at least 3 days onsite in Amsterdam, equity, pension, ample vacation, and growth opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years in product management, with 2+ years on technical/platform products (APIs, infrastructure, ML systems, or developer tools)
  • Deep understanding of LLM-based systems and agent architectures: prompting, tool use, planning, multi-step agent loops, context and memory, multi-agent systems, retrieval/vector search

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in product management for APIs, infrastructure, ML systems, or developer tools
  • Strong understanding of LLM-based systems and agent architectures
  • Background in distributed systems or infrastructure
  • Hands-on experience creating and running evals
  • Fluency in model operations (model selection, swaps, token cost)
  • Ability to write technical specs and prototype with code
  • Public thought leadership or domain experience in AI/agents (bonus)
  • Experience in audit, accounting, or financial services (domain context) (bonus)
