Senior Technical Producer – Infrastructure Delivery

Job Summary
Own end-to-end infrastructure delivery by managing concurrent large-scale projects including datacenter builds, migrations, colocation, and cross-connects from initiation to completion. Translate capacity roadmaps into concrete delivery plans and Jira structures while coordinating daily with DC Operations, vendors, and engineering teams. Maintain Jira hygiene for real-time visibility on flow and velocity, then report progress, risks, and staffing plans to leadership. Improve cross-team service handoffs by removing friction and accelerating transitions. This Senior Technical Producer drives accountability and structure within the Infrastructure Delivery team, ensuring complex builds are delivered predictably while supporting engineers through the physical build-out of i3D.net's global network portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management or production experience
- guided multidisciplinary teams of 10+ people across datacenter builds, migrations, or comparable large-scale infrastructure programmes
- comfortable with PRINCE2 and/or ITIL
- know how to control scope, time and budget in a waterfall-style delivery
- understand how a cage is designed, a rack is built, a network topology looks, and how a server is uplinked and redundantly connected to power
- know how to set up and maintain project structure in Jira and apply it to infrastructure rather than software
- managed multiple concurrent projects with many stakeholders across different specialties and seniority levels, from engineers to C-level
- Proven leadership in infrastructure delivery
- Work authorization and location: This is a hybrid role based in Rotterdam, with regular time at our datacenters and international travel when needed
- You must be authorized to work in the Netherlands and be based in, or willing to relocate to, the Netherlands
